The Dual S&H+ seems to reveal most of its functionality already through its name, but there is more to it
It does feature two Sample & Hold circuits, switchable to work as Track & Hold, there is a noise source, that is normalled to both sections inputs and several more outputs that you won’t find on most other Sample & Hold modules: Noise, Difference, Average and Sum.
Additionally, both sections provide you with their own slew processor with a single control over attack and decay and an ON/OFF switch. So far the Dual S&H+ is a pretty feature packed Sample & Hold module, but one of its best properties is not even visible – it is its high-precision capabilities that let you hold even pitch CV for very long time, several minutes without any noticeable voltage drop!
Everyone who wanted to work with Sample & Hold modules on pitch CV in the past, will know how hard it is to find a suitable module for this task. The Dual S&H+ reduces the typical voltage drop over time (20 minutes for a 0.01v drop) and with 0.3% of maximum deviation from the Input which allows for quantized signals to be sent through without any noticeable detuning.
