The Arturia MiniFreak 49 combines digital sound generation with analog filtering, offering a wide sonic palette that ranges from classic synth sounds to experimental textures. Two digital sound engines with over 30 oscillator modes provide the foundation for a diverse range of sound combinations. The analog filters then add their own distinctive finishing touch – a concept that already proved highly versatile in the original MiniFreak.
With six-voice polyphony, extensive modulation capabilities, and three digital effects slots, the MiniFreak 49 lets you shape and animate your sounds in detail. The built-in 64-step sequencer is ideal for rhythmic patterns and more complex sequences, while the arpeggiator adds further movement to your performances.
The 49-key semi-weighted keyboard supports expressive playing through velocity sensitivity and aftertouch. This makes the MiniFreak 49 equally well suited to live performance and studio work. The included MiniFreak V software complements the hardware with a virtual version of the instrument, allowing you to exchange sounds between the synthesizer and your DAW.
