Qu-Bit Electronix - Nautilus (Black)
- Order number: 220517
- Depth: 22
Nautilus by Qu-Bit is a complex stereo delay whose 8 different delay signals interact inspired by nautical worlds.
A delay like a coral reef! Every time Nautilus pings its sonar system, the sound travels through a complex-nested sonic universe that, despite many surprising twists and turns, always stays on the internal or external beat. Whether it's feedback loops that plunge the signal into abysmal depths or linked delay lines that lure sounds in different directions through fragmentation, Nautilus immerses soundscapes in an ecosystem all its own. By manipulating stereo receptors, sonar frequencies, and other sound-generating "water parameters," additional life is breathed into time and space between Nautilus and its nautical environment.
In addition to its function as a delay, Nautilus also provides a CV or gate signal applied to the sonar output, algorithmically generated from the discoveries of Nautilus' sonic journey. This allows your patch to be pinged from the Nautilus delay network or used as a modulation source using the generated topography.
