Qu-Bit Electronix - Aurora
- Order number: 200007
- Depth: 22
Aurora is a spectral reverb effect from Qu-Bit that brings massive, morphing reverb-like textures to your Eurorack.
Aurora has true stereo inputs and outputs that access the pitch and time information of your input signal separately. From this, Aurora then creates sounds that can be anything from reverb to metallic scraping. You can control the Dry/Wet, Time, Warp, Blur and Atmosphere parameters manually or via CV to shape the sounds down to minute details. Furthermore, there are Reverse and Freeze buttons, which you can also activate with gates to achieve even crazier results.
Aurora's Phase Vocoder audio engine gives you cave reverbs or whale songs or arctic atmos, always in relation to your input signal. So don't think of Aurora as a reverb, but more as a complex sound design tool - a texturizer.

- Spectral reverb with true stereo I/O
