Low-Gain Electronics - ShortBus V3
- Order number: 190145
The Short Bus is an OR combiner i.e. a mixer for gate, trigger and clock signals. It has seven inputs that can be routed to one of two outputs or to none. The OR combiner diodes have been upgraded in version 3 to allow for lower voltage drops.
The Short Bus is a passive, seven input Logic Gate OR combiner. Aside from its new facelift it has the same great features as the V1/V2 Short Bus!
The toggle switches allow you to easily select one of three options, two dedicated bus outputs (labeled A and B) or you can select the "Off" position.
The Short Bus allows for easy mixing of gate, trigger, and clock signals. You can "mix" CV with the Short Bus, however all negative voltages will be ignored. High voltage at the inputs takes priority and voltages are not "Summed".
The OR combiner diodes have been upgraded to allow for lower voltage drops. Forward voltage drop average is now around .18V instead of .7V.
