A small module and the first effect module by Instruo: dåpf is a dual all-pass filter for Eurorack systems.
dåpf delivers two all-pass filters on just 4HP. Some of you might wonder about the purpose of a filter that doesn't filter. All-pass filters do not attenuate frequencies, but rather pass all frequencies while shifting their phase towards the set frequency. Thus, all-pass filters are an important component for phasing effects, psychoacoustic stereo imaging, for something akin to the Doppler effect, for audio-rate phase modulation, and much more.
dåpf features two of these all-pass filters, which you can use in series or parallel. One of the two filters allows you to choose between one or two poles. Smart cascading and normalizations make it easier to use, and the module tracks 1V/octave.
