Ring Modulators + Polarizers

A ring modulator multiplies two signals, producing the sum and difference of their frequencies. When both are in the audio range, the result is dissonant, metallic, or bell-like sounds. If one frequency is below the audible range, it creates a tremolo effect. Polarizers offer a similar vibe by amplifying input signals both positively and negatively.
