The MOD 6 by SoundForge — Slick LFO + ADSR in lovely Juno inspired aesthetics
The MOD 6 is a modulation source that combines LFO and ADSR into one powerful module. It’s designed to fit right in with the Juno-inspired line released earlier by SoundForce—DCO, VCF/VCA 6, and CHORUS 6.
You can get ultra-snappy ADSR times (down to 100µs) and morph LFO waveforms via CV + it’s got high sample rates for all its inputs and outputs. The module is fitted with a STM32H743 micro-controller running at an overkill 480Mhz which makes all this possible. The small screen on the MOD 6 is mostly used to display the values of the module but also for some advanced settings, such as how to see the order in which the waveforms are morphed. For the most part you will just be interacting with the sliders - and we like sliders.
Another nice feature is the customizable voltage range for all inputs and outputs, so you don’t need extra attenuators or polarizers. The ADSR section has multiple time ranges and modes, and the LFO offers sync options with extensive clock division/multiplication settings.
With all these options packed into a compact 18HP module, the MOD 6 gives you the flexibility you need to dial in precise modulation without the clutter. Great for adding movement and dynamics to your patch without getting lost in intricate settings.
