IDA is a compact, discrete VCA designed for both audio and CV, meant to deliver both clarity and precision in a slim 2hp.
Built around a fully discrete design, IDA offers both low distortion and fast, clean transients. It preserves the detail of your source while remaining transparent, making it equally at home shaping envelopes or controlling the dynamics of your audio signals.
The front panel is equipped with an LED which indicates when the signal begins to clip. The module’s response can be adapted via a rear jumper, allowing operation at 5V, 7.5V, or 10V ranges for different system preferences.
Another really nice touch on this compact VCA is the inclusion of a slider, giving quick, hands-on control of modulation intensity—a tactile feature that feels great in performance or fine-tuning patches.
Despite its minimal footprint, IDA maintains a solid build and sound quality — a straightforward, high-fidelity VCA that performs with accuracy and character.
