Flame - Fire Drum Synth Module

- Order number: 230292
*SB23NEWS* This modul ist drum synthesis on FIRE. Flame's Fire Drum Synth Module has eight (!) voices. Each of these can use sample-based, virtual-analog, Wavetable or FM-synthesis.
With the display and 9 encoders you are able to create and adjust drum sounds quickly and easily. The user interface is well arranged and simple. Create custom drum sounds and route them to one of the configurable audio outputs.
FIRE gives you 9 different digital synthesis algorithms of all kinds. You want to build a drum voice on a wavetable basis, no problem. Or choose the virtual analog, FM or several other algorithms for your drum sound creations. You are totally free to compose each of the eight tracks individually and completely to your likings. Each digital drum model has a large number of adjustable parameters, so you can really dive deep into sound design and create all the sounds you have in mind. Store them in one of the 128 kits and you'll be ready for any gig, studio or jam session.
By placing most inputs and some of the outputs of FIRE on the expander panel, Flame managed to keep main module free of cable clutter. For example, place the FIRE Expander to the edge of your case so you can work on the main module without having to dig through a nest of cables. Ideal for live applications!
You could also omit the expander altogether and just control all 8 voices via MIDI. But don't leave out the expander! Because even when controlling via MIDI, the 8 CV inputs can be used for additional modulation possibilities. The 2 additional CV inputs on the module itself can be used for morphing between kits (Yes!) and various other tasks.
