Sound Sources

Sound sources for the Buchla 4U system! Whether reissues of the originals or modern developments, Buchla oscillators are powerful in sound, significant also for Eurorack, and always come in pairs. A complex oscillator always includes two VCOs, with one influencing the other. This can involve modulation of pitch (FM) or volume (AM), creating complex, overtone-rich sounds. Buchla oscillators embody this concept and can be found as standalone modules or as part of a package with many additional functions, such as in the 208C Easel module.

261e Complex Waveform Generator
Buchla U.S.A.

The 259e is a rather drastic digital dual oscillator. Good doesn't always have to be beautiful and beautiful doesn't always have to be good. With bad it's no different! In Don's words: "The Twisted version introduces some radically weird timbres
