You would like to add a 32nd slave to a master device working with 16ths? Or is your goal to create polyrhythmic sequences, composed of two seemingly free running machines? – In both cases, the MIDI-Clock-Multiplier is exactly what you need! The small box multiplies incoming clock signals by 1 to 9. MMC commands (start, stop, continue) are handed off to the slave as well.
The MIDI-Clock-Multiplier allows you to multiply your master’s MIDI clock by values from 1 to 9. The device features one MIDI DIN input and one output. Two buttons and a single-digit display is all you need to operate the multiplier. In addition to the new, faster MIDI clock, MMC messages are also emitted. – The same can happen with other incoming data. The MIDI-Clock-Multiplier automatically saves all settings.
