WMD - Volt

WMD Volt is an extremely precise voltage source and offset generator in only 4 HP. It can add or subtract voltages in 1 volt steps, controlled manually via two buttons or via separate gate inputs for up or down. Thus it can be used as a voltage controlled octave switch. The module features three inputs and outputs, allowing to offset several voltages at once.

Volt from WMD is a precision voltage source and offset generator with a range of 14 volts (-7 V to +7 V). With a maximum offset error of only +/- 1 mV and 0.33% of gain error Volt is a very precise tool for pitch voltages.

The module has two buttons for manually increasing or decreasing the voltage by 1 volt per button press, which is equivalent to one octave. When both buttons are pressed simultaneously, the voltage is reset to accurately output the input voltage.

Thanks to two gate inputs for up and down, it is also possible to increase or decrease voltages via external gates. Thus it can work as a voltage controlled octave switch.

All three inputs and outputs are controlled at once. The voltage is added to the incoming signal, letting you transpose up to three sequences in octaves. If nothing is connected to the input, Volt functions as a simple but very precise offset generator.
