With the 2^VCA you get two VCAs in one 12HP module for your 1U row in Intellijel format.
The VCAs can of course be used for two mono signals. But the 2^VCA is also able to work in stereo patches, the VCAs are normalized and can additionally be used for mono to stereo applications.
