Vermona's In/Out Interface TAI-4 is at the top end of Eurorack audio interfaces. TRANSfourMER is the "outputs-only" version, giving you four transformer balanced outs
TRANSfourMER offers the same high quality transformer balancing as the TAI-4, allowing for interference-free conversion of your Eurorack signals.
The toggle switches of the TAI-4 have been omitted to keep the module simple. The four balanced outputs are ideal for converting your Eurorack signals to line level at the end of the patch chain. The inputs handle audio signals up to ±10V and output them through balanced, galvanically isolated XLR connectors. When used with standard (around+/-5V) Eurorack modules, the output level is +6 dBu.
No frills, pretty much the very best solution for this task!
