Excellent sounding reproduction of the low pass filter known from the later models of the ARP 2600. It´s not the Moog cascade filter ARP used first but their own fantastic design
The STG Soundlabs Post Lawsuit Lowpass Filter is a high-quality Eurorack lowpass filter with a distinctive, vintage-like sound that is strongly reminiscent of the late ARP-2600 filters, without being a direct copy. It sounds really good!
It offers a simple, clear control panel with controls for cutoff frequency and resonance. Amount CV is an input with an attenuator for controlling the cutoff frequency. In addition, there are two further CV inputs for filter control. There are also two audio inputs, which is very practical. On the right-hand side of the module, we find a 1-pole and a 4-pole low-pass filter output.
With its simple structure and classic sound, the Post Lawsuit LPF is really enjoyable to play. It offers warm, organic filter sweeps, but can also really kick into gear thanks to its vintage character.
