The Roto-Control is a real highlight among MIDI controllers. As flexible and convenient as MIDI controllers are, they can be awkward to set up and it can be difficult to understand which parameter you are editing at the moment and what its status is. Simply because most MIDI controllers do not offer a display for this. Roto-Control solves these problems efficiently and elegantly.

With motorized, touch-sensitive knobs, assignable buttons, high-resolution displays and advanced haptic feedback, Roto-Control provides intuitive control for software and hardware setups. The internal memory supports up to 16,000 control assignments for seamless workflow management.

The controller operates in three main modes. MIX mode integrates seamlessly with Ableton Live, automatically synchronizing track names and colors and providing direct access to audio mix controls. PLUGIN mode allows precise control of plug-in parameters with quick switching between multiple plug-ins per track. MIDI mode works independently of a computer and supports extensive MIDI configurations for hardware and software. In addition, the Motion Recorder function offers creative automation and looping possibilities for external devices.

The one-touch LEARN function simplifies the mapping of MIDI and plug-in parameters and saves settings directly on the device for quick reuse. Customization options via the Roto setup app include naming controls, setting min/max values, haptic feedback and more.
