Magerit Galea — Dual Headphone Output, Compact Eurorack Monitoring for any Cans Between 40–650 Ohm
The Magerit Galea is a nice and simple dual headphone output module at only 5HP. It provides two independent headphone sections (labeled ζ and η), each with its own left and right mono inputs and a volume control. It handles headphone impedances from 40Ω all the way up to 650Ω, so whether you're using lightweight in-ears or high-impedance studio cans, you're covered. Importantly, it protects your headphones from the higher voltage swings typical of Eurorack — which is exactly the kind of thing you don't want to learn about the hard way.
If you've only got a mono source, plugging into the left input automatically routes the signal to both channels for stereo monitoring. And since there are two completely separate outputs, two people can monitor simultaneously — handy for collaborative patching or live situations where both performer and engineer need ears on the signal. A simple module that does exactly what it should!
