This module provides a simplified USB connection for the Metropolix sequencer, which is now equipped with full MIDI implementation. On top of that this practical module can be converted from 3U to1U.
The USB Extender Module is connected to the Metropolix with a cable on the backside of the Metropolix whose Micro-USB port is thus made available on the front side with a standard USB port for connection to a USB host (e.g. computer DAW). The 1U conversion comes without bells and whistles, the 3U variety comes with a passive mult.
Of course USB Extender can be used with any module that has an USB connection on its back.
