Frap Tools Bagài is your stepped voltages trick box. Random voltages, clock bursts, sample & hold, noise, as well as analog downsampling and bit crushing
Definitely a Superbooth highlight for us! Bagài is a welcome complement to Sapèl but is also great "standalone".
From left to right there are clock bursts and fluctuating random voltages which, unlike Sapèl, are bipolar. You also get a clock generator and a sample & hold, switchable between two speeds. So you can use it for classic sample & hold tasks, but also for wonderful analog downsampling.
Additionally, there is a noise with adjustable color and a quantized version of the sample & hold. The exciting thing here is that you can reduce the bit depth from 8 to 1. If you then use a different input signal for the S&H section, you have a very musical bitcrusher!
A top module that expands the functions of Sapèl immensely, but is just as much fun in itself.
