The Erica Synths DJ VCF Stereo module equips your system with a high-performance filter in DJ mixer style.
The simple and effective 24dB filter has the usual filtering of DJ mixers and, starting from the 12 o'clock position of the cutoff control, turns clockwise into a low-pass filter and counter-clockwise into a high-pass filter. The underlying resonance control is capable of self-oscillation from the 1 o'clock position. The CV-LVL control attenuates the cutoff parameter, but works differently to conventional SVF filters and opens the closed lowpass filter to transport the signal from the opening to a closed highpass filter. The (cutoff) CV1 and CV2 sockets are also available for CV modulation, but the latter cannot be controlled via the CV LVL knob above it. The inputs (L/R) can optionally be processed differently before they reach the outputs (L/R).
