Cockpit X 1U by Endorphin.es — A 6-Channel Analog Stereo Mixer With Digital Control That Can Retain Your Levels and Mute States Between Power Cycles.

The Cockpit X 1U delivers nice, clear-sounding mixing for the Intellijel 1U format. This redesign combines a fully analog signal path with “smart” digital control — you’ll understand in a second.

Four stereo channels provide separate left and right jacks, while two AUX/MIXUP inputs enable daisy chaining or routing of external audio. The left input channels are pre-patched to the right inputs, simplifying both mono and stereo source mixing at line and modular levels.

Back to the “smart” part — the digital volume encoders on the Cockpit X 1U are able to retain your mute states and sound levels between power cycles, allowing you to keep your system patched without worrying about losing all settings — very handy! There's also a really nice side-chain ducking feature that they implemented in an easy-to-use-way.

The mixer features dedicated balanced outputs and MIXUP outputs compatible with Intellijel Audio Jacks V2 Boards and 1U cases, providing 1/4" jack connectivity. For additional mixing capacity, you can daisy chain another Cockpit X or utilize the two internal AUX pre-final volume fader inputs. The L/R inputs work with Endorphin.es Airplane adapter to accommodate 3.5mm TRS sources. If you've got a 1U row in your system this is a neat mixer to slot in there!
