The Doepfer A-190-9 Micro MIDI-to-CV/Gate Interface truly lives up to its name! Convert a monophonic voice from MIDI to CV in only 2 HP.
The A-190-9 doesn't need any unnecessary bells and whistles. It’s all about the essentials here: converting a single monophonic voice from MIDI to CV. This means the MIDI signal from your PC, MIDI keyboard, sequencer, and so on, is transformed into one CV signal and one gate signal. The emphasis here is on ONE. The voltage and the gate are each duplicated and thus output twice.
Rather nifty is the trimmer on the back, which makes it possible to stray from the 1V per octave spectrum if you are feeling rebellious. A jumper allows you to choose between MIDI-TRS Type A or B!
A lovely little module that elegantly solves minor MIDI headaches.
