The module is specialized in one thing exactly - pre-amplifying microphones, pickups and instruments in excellent, low-noise quality!

The PRE is a Low Noise Pre-Amp for any external audio signals:

  • very low noise
  • sensitivity potentiometer for adjusting to various signal sources, e.g. microphone or e-guitar
  • soft clipping behaviour, with red indicator LED
  • trimmer on the rear for adjusting output level (up to approximately 20Vpp)
  • jumper on the back side activates optional +12V voltage source for powering electret microphones
