Evolved version of the Erica Synths Swamp, which is an evolved version of the Wiard Woggelbug, which is an evolved version of a sample and hold circuit.
After Later took Erica's Swamp as a model and further developed the circuit. At the same time they managed to shrink the layout without losing usability.
