VPME - Trig31 Trigger-to-MIDI
- Order number: 180099
- Depth: 38
Trig31 is an eight-channel trigger-to-MIDI converter. Note, velocity and MIDI channel can be selected individually for each input. Thanks to various modes of operation, accents are playable as well. – A great module for using MIDI gear like drum computers with a modular setup.
Trig31 is a flexibly configurable trigger or gate to MIDI converter. The module offers four different modes of operation:
- 8 trigger mode – All inputs are used to convert trigger / gate signals. In addition to a note number, velocity and MIDI channel can be defined per channel.
- 7+1 mode – Seven inputs are used for trigger / gate conversion. With the eighth channel, you can add a global accent.
- 6+2 mode – Six inputs are used for trigger / gate conversion. With channel seven and eight, you can add accents. (Channel 7 = Accent for input 1 to 3; Channel 8 = Accent for input 4 to 6.)
- 4+4 mode – Four inputs are used for trigger / gate conversion. With the other channels, you can add an accent per channel.
Configurations can be stored as presets. A MIDI adapter (3.5 mm to DIN) is included in delivery.
