Bassdrum voice of the TR-909 as Eurorack module with a rally great sound, partially extended parameters and voltage control.
Just like the TR-909 this bassdrum module has controls for tune, level, attack and decay but with an extendede decay range. In addition there´s an adjustable accent with accent socket (prepatched to the gate input), attack and decay parameters for the tuning, voltage control of the tuning and a voltage controlled overload for distorted sounds.
Originally based in California and now operating from Thailand, Tiptop has been around for over a decade, providing some of the first effects in eurorack (Z5000), a whole line of 808 and 909 drum modules, clever sequencers and affordable cases. Their Z-DSP is probably one of the best effect modules available, with countless exchangeable cards.
