LZX Stacker is a triple quadrilateral key generator that creates square, rhomboid or other quadrilateral shapes in the modular video world
Feeding Stacker with horizontal or vertical waveforms from DWO3, DSG3 or Angles, you get stacked quadrilateral shapes on the three channels to create output-sided squares, rectangles or rhomboid shapes. The three Ratio and Size controls can be used to define the shaping threshold.
Each layer is subtracted from the lower layers. This is reminiscent of nested matryoshka wooden dolls and allows programming of simple letter shapes and symbols.
If horizontal or vertical references are fed from waveshapers, video cameras or other complex sources, Stacker becomes an extraction tool of foreground details, tiles and mosaics.
