The 2025 edition has been completely re-engineered with full electrical shielding for optimal performance and maximum flexibility. This upgraded model includes a newly developed probe mechanism — created in collaboration with sound designer Robert Dudzic — that lets you capture sounds from inside objects, soil, and more. The universal clamp mechanism and strong rubber bands ensure secure mounting on virtually any surface, while the high-quality 2m (6.5ft) SC-Onyx Tynee cable by Sommer Cable provides reliable signal transmission. This is the 3.5mm (1/8") Amphenol connector version, perfect for field recorders and portable recording setups. Everything packs neatly into the included durable neoprene zip-bag for safe transport and organized storage.
