Holocene Electronics Scanni-Mix — Five-Channel Voltage-Controlled Scanning Mixer and Panner for Audio and CV
SCANNI-MIX is a five-input scanning mixer that lets you move between audio or CV signals under voltage control. Rather than setting a static mix, you can sweep through the inputs or blend several together, making it great for crossfading oscillators, animating modulation etc.
Each input has its own level slider, while the Curve control determines how many channels overlap — from a focused scan of one or two inputs to a wider blend of up to five. Two scan CV inputs provide additional movement, and separate All, Odd (1/3/5) and Even (2/4) outputs offer flexible routing and panning options. There's also an Offset mode that turns unpatched inputs into DC voltage sources, opening up possibilities for waveshaping and CV generation. A clever little mixer with plenty of patching potential.
