G-Storm Electro KVP is a handy solution for those who want to control their vintage Korg MS-20 or MS-20 Mini from their Eurorack system
KVP converts V/Oct to the Korg format HZ/V and vice versa, making Eurorack modules controllable from the MS-20 as well. The Freq and Width trim controls on the front panel can be used to edit the parameters. KVP tracks, just like the MS-20 over three octaves from C1 to C4. In addition, two processors are available for processing gate signals. When the Type knob is set to the right, Korg-Gates are converted to Eurorack Gate format (or vice versa), while on the left it makes the gate present at the input, available at the output unconverted.
Note: Due to its pure analog circuit design, KVP requires a warm-up time of 5-10 minutes, just like the synth it uses, before a tuning calibration can be performed.
