The Flame Stereo Mix is an ultra-compact mix utility. It’s pretty straightforward — it provides three stereo inputs and offers a simple solution for creating a sub-mix of your effects returns or patching in a few external instruments. To prevent clipping, connected sources should be externally leveled. By default, it's set up for line-level signals, but a quick change of the jumpers on the back panel switches any of the inputs to modular level - this makes this tiny module flexible for different mix scenarios.
This adaptability means you can also use it as a simple unity gain mixer for your CV signals. Furthermore, because the left and right channels are fully separate, the Stereo Mix can function as a dual 3-to-1 mono mixer. It's a small, unassuming module that neatly solves a number of common mixing needs.
