Expressive E - Osmose
- Order number: 230021
The long-awaited Osmose keyboard from Expressive E delivers a new kind of expressiveness, through its gesture-controlled keyboard.
A new way to play keyboard instruments that allows for the expressive capabilities of classical instruments, such as strings or winds. Pressing, bending, shaking, plucking and more is possible through Osmose's specially designed, gesture-sensitive keyboard. In combination with Haken's EaganMatrix sound engine, this allows for an incredibly wide spectrum of sounds. Whether FM, Virtual Analog, Physical Modeling, Subtractive Synthesis, Modal Filter Banks and more, everything is included to create the sound you have in mind. All in the expressive environment of Osmose.
An important part of this instrument is the screen, which allows you to quickly interact with the sound-shaping macros. A few selected controls, such as encoders or faders, have been carefully chosen to allow easy and targeted sound shaping without overloading the interface.
Furthermore, it is possible to control your favorite synthesizers with Osmose to interact with them in a new way.
It's definitely worth testing it in our showroom, or watching videos about it! It´ll be in our showroom in the summer of 2023!!
