Eowave's Orage VCO MKII is triangle-based with different modulation types. Frequency modulation is available as Thru Zero, Linear and Exponential. There is also Pulsewidth-Modulation. It features 5 waveforms with separate outputs: sine, triangle, saw, pulse and square. Additionally, the module includes a Sub output and Hard Sync.
