Give the Gift of Maximum Flexibility! Our gift coupon (voucher) lets the recipient redeem it for all orderable products in our shop – whether for a few essential cables, a new module, or some reading material from our books section.
Important Information About Your Voucher
Validity:
This voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase (date of issue: the day of your order).
According to § 195 German Civil Code (BGB) – statutory limitation period.
Redemption:
- The voucher can be redeemed during checkout by entering the voucher code(s).
- Cannot be combined with other discount promotions.
- Cash redemption of the voucher value is excluded – the voucher can only be redeemed for goods or services in our shop.
Tax Treatment:
As this is a multi-purpose voucher, VAT is only calculated upon redemption, in accordance with the tax rate of the purchased products (7% or 19%). Therefore, no VAT is shown when purchasing the voucher.
Remaining Balance:
Any unused amount remains as a credit balance and can be used for future purchases. It cannot be paid out.

- How do I receive my voucher?
After a successful order, you will receive the voucher code by email. You can redeem it yourself or give it as a gift. We will also send you a nice little envelope by post (see image). This way, you have something tangible to give as a gift. - Can I redeem the voucher in partial amounts?
Yes! Thanks to the remaining balance feature, any unused amount is retained and can be redeemed later. - Can I set the voucher value myself?
Yes! When purchasing, you can enter the desired amount yourself (between €20 and €1,500). - What happens if the voucher expires?
According to legal regulations, the voucher can be redeemed within 3 years from the date of purchase. After that, it expires.
