After Later Audio - Popple
- Order number: 200292
- Depth: 28
Popple is a stereo multimode filter based on the Mutable Instruments Ripples V1 filter core.
Sound wise Popple does not differ from Ripples. So it sounds very good. Because of the double design of the filter with the focus on stereo insert on the same size as a Ripples module, you can achieve a realization that you don't want to stamp as a pure clone. The two filters share cutoff and resonance parameters both as a control element and as CV input. However, each filter has its own FM input. By the way, both filters have LP and BP outputs available for parallel output.
