Serge Modular - Paperface 50 System (Helios/Paris Flash)

A beautiful and powerful combination: the Helios and Paris Flash panels combine authentic Serge sound with flexible modulation.

Two powerful devices in their own right. The legendary Paperface series is being reissued for Serge's 50th birthday. In collaboration with Serge Tscherepnin, they still sound as raw and fat as they did back then. The design is unique, reminiscent of hyroglyphs and cuts a fine figure in even the most sophisticated interiors.

The Helios panel combines two oscillators with the triple waveshaper and a creamy multimode filter. The legendary Smooth & Stepped Generator (SSG) modulation source with the Dual CV Processor is ready to handle your parameters.

Need more oscillators, envelopes or filters? The Paris Flash Panel provides more of everything! There are two sections each of the Positive and Negative Slew. This allows you to freely create triangle waves that you can use as modulations or oscillators. Everything is CV controllable for maximum flexibility. There is also an SSG and a CV processor. There is also a dedicated envelope and the Dual Gates section, which can be used for VCA-like tasks. Finally, there is another 1973VCF with tasty resonance.
Both panels have a balanced output and reworked circuits for high reliability.
