The Oaka Instruments Verdi microphones are a pair of small, omnidirectional condenser mics perfect for anyone serious about field recording or sound design. Each set comes matched within 0.5dB of each other for proper stereo imaging.
Don't let their small size fool you - at just 54mm long and 12mm in diameter, these mics deliver surprising sensitivity and an excellent signal-to-noise ratio. They are handmade and built with solid electronics inside a tough, all-metal aluminum body, and it's a nice touch that the clips are made from recyclable, plant-based plastics. If you’re planning to record outdoors, there's also wind protection you can buy separately.
