Battery powered noise synth with plenty of fuzz
The RNB-1 consists of two VCOs, a sub oscillator and a fuzz effect. The unit can be powered via batteries or wall wart (9 V or 12 V, center minus; 9V included). The VCO waves are combined via a VCA, which shows a behavior similar to a ring modulator. The sub oscillator can add low end to either VCO A or B. The behavior of the fuzz circuit variies depending on the incoming signals. Thanks to a frequency knob, it is more of a tool for sculpting sound then just distortion.
