Befaco ARK POD combines sequencing, sound generation, sampling, modulation, and mixing into a versatile Eurorack system - all in its own case! It’s essentially a compact modular groovebox that you can easily take with you anywhere.
Drum sounds, synthesizer voices, samples, and CV signals can be combined across 16 tracks. Various synthesis methods, granular sampling, and loop slicing open up numerous possibilities for unique sounds and complete tracks.
The sequencer offers probability, random functions, parameter locks, and pattern chaining. Thanks to built-in harmony functions, you can develop melodies and chord progressions, while internal modulation sources add movement. ARK integrates external synthesizers and modular systems via CV, gate, and MIDI connections.
The system consists of two interdependent modules: ARK-Core handles signal processing, sound generation, and routing, while the ARK-Controller serves as the user interface for programming and performance.
