The UT002 is a MIDI-TRS adapter

The UT002 is about twelve centimeters long. On one side, there is a DIN connector (female). The other side is equipped with a 3,5 mm TRS jack. It is a MIDI adapter type B and its pin configuration is as follows:

Tip = Pin 4 (Source)
Ring = Pin 5 (Sink)
Sleeve = Pin 2 (Shield)
