Released in the USSR by synth manufacturers Formanta, the Polivoks offered in the 1980s a completely new set of features: duophony, loopable AD envelopes and a filter that could vary from low-pass to band-pass continuously. The current Polivoks Pro presents a smaller form factor, not having a keyboard appended, and has received the approval of Vladimir Kuzmin, who designed the original circuits.
