V-MUTES is an expander for the 7 channel VORTICES mixer by SSF. This module adds click-less muting on all 4 mono channels, on all 3 stereo channels, as well as a MASTER mute function that can mute all 7 channels at once.
The channels are muted upon release of the mute buttons, which makes a more precisely timed muting and un-muting possible.All channels indicate that they are muted by a RED button LED. While the MASTER mute button will mute all channels at once, it will preserve individual channel mute status indication, allowing you to preset active or muted channels before deactivating the MASTER mute – very handy for performances!
Adding the V-MUTES to your VORTICES retains the full functionality of the V-CV expander that was included with your VORTICES.
