Sputnik Modular's Spectral Pozessor is based on the Buchla 296r module, but extends it with some useful features. At its core it consists of 16 bandpass filters, each with its own amplitude control and individual envelope follower outputs for each band. The Program Control section allows sweeping through the individual bands with variable bandwidth and amplitude. You can either apply one signal to all bands or distribute and tap two signals to the even and odd bands. Eight different sum taps follow the picture. The sums Odd, Even and ALL can be tapped at the Programmed Outputs (after processing by the Program Control section) and at the EQ Outputs (amplitude controlled outputs of the equalizer) and additionally the input signals are available buffered as taps.
