The PWM Malevolent is a semi-modular analog synthesizer that can get really "nasty".
This "villain" comes along full of character and with a good portion of "smack", which masters both rich and fat sounds, as well as "plucky" FM sounds. The two VCOs feature a sawtooth, triangle and pulse wave, waveshaper and two FM inputs as well as a noise generator. The 12dB Sallen-Key multimode filter (LP/HP/BP) has controls for cutoff and resonance, as well as two 2 FM inputs and can be used for processing external signals. An arpeggiator, two ADSR envelopes (with individual outs or gate outputs), as well as an LFO with triangle and square waveforms and rate controls complete the picture. With 19 inputs and 19 outputs, the meanie can also be patched creatively and intuitively to your heart's content.
