Pittsburgh Modular - Taiga Keyboard
- Order number: 240131
No more excuses! The Taiga Keyboard from Pittsburgh is a complete, compact modular system for your uncomplicated entry into the Eurorack rabbit hole.
Welcome to Eurorack! Taiga Keyboard also has 24 HP free space available, which you can fill over time. But already out of the box it gives you everything you need. Nothing obvious is missing here. This System "speaks" CV and (USB) MIDI. It can easily integrate into your studio and do what Euro-systems do best: become your creative partner in production. Even without extensive patching, Taiga Keyboard is immediately playable because the signal path is normalized. You can pass external signals through the integrated preamp and let your soft synths or samples collide with analog circuits. The preamp has a wide range of control and it is always nice to hear the presence analog saturation can create. It is also great that the small keyboard has aftertouch. Since this is freely patchable, it would be a very good idea for initial patch experiments. Aftertouch on LFO speed, on filter, on waveshape...if it has an input, it is possible.
(Of course, the Taiga Keyboard is also a good choice to expand your system quite substantially!)
