Num Num - Black Case (208 HP - Strg Pwr)

Num Num's Black Case is a handmade, exceptionally lightweight wooden case with 208 part units. A high precision power supply consisting of side mounted Konstan Labs - Strongpwr and Filtered Busboard guarantees crystal clear sound.

The Black Case offers two module installation rows with a width of 104 HP each. The Strongpwr power module is installed on the side, so it does not occupy any of the valuable part units. Power distribution is handled by two filtered bus boards. Up to 36 modules can be connected. Although the Black Case is completely made of wood, it weighs just 4.5 kilos. - Hardly more than an aluminum case. Only hinges and corner covers are made of metal. Thanks to the handle and lid, the case is easy to transport. Rubber feet ensure a secure stand. - Even when the case is lying down. The gaps may not be 100% perfect, as we are used to from machine-made plastic bombers. But in return you get a handmade unique piece, made with love in Berlin.

The StrongPWR is a powerful, low noise, highly efficient and lightweight power supply for use in conjunction with Eurorack systems and portable Eurorack cases. The panel is made of high quality CNC machined anodized aluminum. StrongPWR is manufactured on a high quality PCB with a copper thickness of 70um, which ensures high reliability of StrongPWR and minimal losses on the PCB routes. The Filtered Bus Board is single-flat bus board with filtered output jacks. The bus board contains 18 output headers. 12 direct headers and 6 filtered headers with LC filters. The filtered headers are specifically designed to power analog modules that are susceptible to interference. Each bus board is protected against overvoltage, so your Modular System is safe under all conditions.
