NANO - ARC

ARC from Nano Modules is a versatile analogue dual function generator with a middle section that draws even more from the two X & Y channels.

Function generators per se are already very versatile, whether it's an envelope, oscillator or slew limiter, you can cover many tasks with a function generator. In most patches you will be able to accommodate a function generator very well, just like the ARC.

Once you have internalised function generators, they quickly become the module that you reach for first because you know that it can actually do ‘everything’. The two manual buttons that can start the envelopes on the ARC, for example, are particularly practical. You don't see that on every function generator. But first let's take a detailed look at what we have here.

Each channel (X & Y) can act as an envelope generator (AD/ASR), audio and low-frequency oscillator (VCO/LFO), slew limiter and waveform modulator (VCA/Polariser) with specific trigger and signal inputs. ARC also includes an X > Y gate logic output that compares the two signals and outputs a gate if X is greater than Y. The module also offers the SUM of X and Y functions as well as OR and AND logic functions.

What else could you ask for? The ARC is neat and tidy, offers an abundance of functions and doesn't break the bank.
