Modbap Modular - Per4mer

Per4mer is a quad stereo multi-effects unit for the Eurorack. Enriched with the best of the DJ tools world, it brings stutter effects and tape stop as well as delay and reverb into your rack in a single module.

Each effect can be punched in with the big arcade-style buttons, activated by gate or held by a combination of shift and the respective button. There are four parameters for each effect, which can be edited either with the four potentiometers along the top edge of the module or with the four CV inputs labeled FX1 to FX4. As if that wasn't enough for a single module, Modbap adds a sound colorizer and a compressor on top. The Colorizer takes precedence over the four main effects and reduces the sample rate to either 12 or 8, produces soft clipping with mid-low boost or simulates vinyl like imperfections like noise, dirt and crackling.So it's ideal to add some LoFi feeling known from old samplers like the MPC-60 to a high-end sound.
