Labor from mki x es.EDU (Erica Synths) - Get to know the world BEHIND the frontplates of your modular synth (Basic Version).
Sure you know everything about what pots to turn and which cables go where. Do you want to know more about what is going on behind the frontplate?
Here is your Laboratory. Labor from mki x es.EDU (Erica Synths) is an array of tools: oscillator, voltage source, amplifier with a breadboard in the center. Created as a universal learning platform this is a good way to get to know different electronic circuits.
How do you build an envelope? How does an amplifier work? What role do resistors play in circuitry? The manual/tutorials take you step by step and we are absolutely sure that this will also give you some surprising, musical patch ideas.
Labor is a collaboration with Dr. Shalom D. Ruben from University of Colorado. Components like resistors, capacitors, transistors are not included in this basic version.
